At BLESS HS, we do not offer money refunds, except when the customer exercises their legal right of withdrawal within 5 business days after receiving the product.
What can you do if you're not satisfied with your purchase?
🔁 Exchange for another size, color, or item
You may request an exchange within 15 business days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in perfect condition, with original tags, brand packaging, and no signs of use.
🎁 Request a store credit
If you don’t wish to exchange immediately, you may request a store credit for the same value of your purchase to use in a future order.
Conditions for any exchange or withdrawal:

The product must be new, unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

You must keep and present the purchase invoice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply in the following cases:

Worn garments, items without tags, damaged or altered products.

Requests made after the established time period.
